- Assist in supervising the entire order lifecycle from item creation to export container shipment, keeping timelines accurate.

- Maintain consistent communications loop with overseas buyers, provisioning order status updates and answering queries.
- Update data records, including Time & Action (T&A) plans, commercial purchase orders, and finalized shipment tables.
- Liaise directly with internal QA/QC clusters to guarantee manufacturing standard parameters are kept stable during output runs.
- Prepare operational merchandising reports concerning sample updates and processing lines for senior review boards.
Professional Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology or a Bachelor's degree in Apparel Manufacturing or equivalent.
- Required Experience: At least 2 years of active corporate exposure directly within the garments business sector.
- Age Limitation: Candidates must be at least 26 years of age to register profile details.
- Strong foundational knowledge concerning woven fabrics, denim bottoms, apparel layout construction, and wash styles.
