Aalok Healthcare & Hospital is actively seeking qualified, dedicated medical practitioners to fill 32 vacancies for the post of Medical Officer (MO). Selected doctors will maintain high institutional standards of patient care across designated hospital practices. Specific departmental preference (e.g., Medical Officer - ICU) may be formally declared by applicants during submission. Final placement in either General or Mother & Child Care wings will be concluded post-interview.

 Operational Frame & Duty Details

• Work Timing: 48 hours per week, executed on a shifting roster framework.
• Reporting Channels: Directly accountable to the Medical Coordinator / Deputy Director / Hospital Director.
• Job Location: Mirpur, Dhaka (Work at office setting).
• Publishing Date: 12 June 2026.

 Academic Criteria & Professional Requirements

• Degree: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
• Licensing: Must possess a valid, up-to-date BMDC License.
• Age Restriction: Applicants must be at least 24 years of age.
• Background: Minimum 1 year of clinical experience is preferred. Practical exposure in environments like Chambers, Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, or Physiotherapy centers is highly relevant.
• Fresh Graduates: Freshers with strong foundational competence are also highly encouraged to apply.

 Functional Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage strict legal and institutional documentation including structured history-taking, comprehensive clinical records, and detailed physical checkups.
• Uphold supreme clinical patient care standards by strictly abiding by IPC protocols, institutional policies, and patient safety outlines.
• Contribute productively to scheduled professional training modules, institutional clinical audits, and Continuous Medical Education (CME) initiatives.
• Execute routine medical officer operations and any alternative clinical tasks designated by the management as per hospital policy.
