01. Position Name: HR Executive (01 Vacancy)

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Management, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.

Experience Track: Minimum 4 years of solid professional experience in the HR Department specifically within the Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry sector.

Core Requirements:
  • Sound theoretical and functional knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law, 2006 (Amended) and international buyer compliance frameworks.
  • Proven operational capability in managing corporate recruitment & selection cycles, employee relations systems, disciplinary procedures, and daily HR operations.
  • Competency in drafting strategic HR reports, auditing employee records, and managing statutory compliance audits.
  • Strong leadership traits, professional communication, and interpersonal expertise.
  • High level of computer literacy in MS Office applications, with particular emphasis on advanced Microsoft Excel formulas.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and monitor core corporate recruitment, professional onboarding channels, and staff orientation initiatives.

03. Position Name: Senior Welfare Officer (01 Vacancy)
