Key Responsibilities
- Supervise passenger and vehicle loading/unloading operations
- Maintain discipline and crowd control at ferry ghat
- Coordinate daily operational activities with management
- Handle emergency situations efficiently
- Ensure safety and smooth ferry operations
Requirements
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in operations or supervisory roles preferred
- Ability to work under pressure in field conditions
- Physically fit and disciplined mindset
