Nabil Group of Industries is seeking ambitious fresh graduates for its Bulk Commodity Business (Rice, Flour, Pulses, Edible Oil). Selected candidates will be groomed through structured corporate training and intensive field exposure to transform them into future National Sales Managers.
✔ Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets, explore new territories, and maximize market penetration.
- Build and nurture long-term profitable relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct regular market visits to study consumer requirements and track competitor activities.
- Coordinate effectively with distribution channels to ensure prompt product delivery and optimal visibility.
- Prepare precise sales forecasts, marketing plans, and submit detailed daily performance reports.
✔ Job Requirements
- Education: MBA or Bachelor/Honors Degree from any public or top-ranked private university.
- Age Limit: 23 to 30 years.
- Crucial Skill: Must have a valid motorcycle driving license or show confident riding skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and MS Office applications skills.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and completely comfortable with extensive traveling.
