- Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy mindset with a comprehensive, solid understanding of modern gadget and technology products.
- Language Standards: Fluency and clear precision in both Bangla and English (verbal and written).

Key Core Responsibilities
- Manage inbound hotline calls following strict professional guidelines and customer care standards.

- Verify, track, and confirm incoming online marketplace orders efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive and meticulous records of all logged consumer complaints and support requests.

Selection Mechanism
