Mentors' is looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our Tele sales Team as Sales Agents at our modern call center. If you're passionate about communication and converting opportunities into success, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Make inbound/outbound sales calls to potential clients
- Promote and sell company products/services
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Deliver excellent customer service to build strong client relationships

SALARY: BDT 14,000 to BDT 30,000 per month (Including Incentive)
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Minimum HSC (Bachelor's preferred)
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge required; CRM familiarity is a plus
- Experience: 1-2 years in Tele sales/call center preferred. Freshers are also encouraged to apply
- Language: Excellent communication in Bengali; English is a plus
- Traits: Energetic, self-driven & target-oriented
- Attitude: Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection gracefully
