BZM Graphics Ltd. is hunting for a high-performing, self-motivated corporate professional to lead overseas outreach channels. This professional role is explicitly focused on B2B lead generation and client acquisitions targeting international visual services.

• Educational Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a corresponding strategic discipline is highly preferred.
• Experience Portfolio: 2–3 years of proven track record in global cold calling, telesales, or active business development.
• Required Skillsets: Absolute fluency in spoken English, exceptional persuasion tactics, powerful negotiation mechanisms, and strong objection-handling capabilities.
• Strategic Advantages: Direct professional background in B2B marketing channels, outsourcing frameworks, digital media services, or the post-production industry is a major plus.
• Shift Parameters: The candidate must be completely flexible to work in the designated corporate Night Shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound cold calls to international prospects to pitch post-production graphics solutions.
• Acquire, qualify, and cleanly nurture business leads to fuel the primary marketing pipeline.
• Preserve accurate operational data records systematically inside in-house CRM database platforms.
• Formulate follow-up communications and coordinate closely with cross-teams to scale conversions.
• Meet individual weekly and monthly targeted calling numbers and baseline conversions.

Position 02: Marketing Intern

This foundational corporate gateway is structured for enthusiastic fresh graduates looking to master modern media frameworks, brand visibility operations, and market analytics from the ground up.

• Educational Prerequisite: Enrolled or completed Bachelor’s in Marketing or general Business Administration.
• Experience Track: Prior experience is not required (Freshers are encouraged).
• Functional Skills: Solid communication background in both English and Bangla, basic marketing theories, creative problem-solving prowess, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Additional Traits: Familiarity with basic graphic design via Canva, foundational branding logic, and an active understanding of social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist structural marketing managers in executing campaigns and ongoing promotional schedules.
• Conduct market research, deep competitor tracking, and emerging customer trend monitoring.
