 Position Overview

VU Mobile Ltd. is hunting for a talented Python Developer with a deep-seated passion for Artificial Intelligence and backend systems. In this role, you will architect AI-driven applications, design complex RAG pipelines, and integrate LLMs (Large Language Models) to deliver cutting-edge workflow automations and digital services.

 Required Technical Expertise

• Languages & Frameworks: Mastery of Python fundamentals (Async, OOP) and experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• AI Stack: Practical experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI frameworks.
• Architecture: Deep understanding of RAG systems, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and guardrail techniques.
• Databases: Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL environments (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL).
• DevOps & Tools: Competence with Git, REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD, and AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor.

 Strategic Tasks & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications.
• Architect robust RAG pipelines and sophisticated AI workflows using modern LLMs.
• Orchestrate API integrations between third-party SaaS platforms and internal business solutions.
• Optimize data pipelines and database structures to support high-scale AI applications.
• Continuously evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, reliability, and security compliance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best industry practices.

 Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with autonomous AI agents, memory systems, and multi-step reasoning.
• Foundational knowledge of React or frontend technologies.
• Proficiency in A/B testing for AI model performance evaluation.
• Active contributions to open-source or personal AI-focused projects.
