The selected executive will manage student portfolios, explore international study tracks, handle rigorous application workflows, and maintain an exceptional level of customer service throughout the client acquisition cycle.

🎓 Candidate Requirements & Educational Prerequisite

• Academic Degree: Must possess a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in any structural discipline.
• Industry Experience: Mandatory professional experience in a related foreign student consultancy domain (e.g., Australia, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, Hungary, etc.).
• Language Efficiency: Superb verbal and written communication command in both English and Bengali.
• Technical Aptitude: Hands-on operational literacy in MS Office suites, content publishing, digital marketing tools, and social media posting.
• Core Attributes: Well-presented profile, proactive mentality, capability to thrive under instruction via a strict discipline chain, and capacity to handle active corporate workloads.

🛠️ Strategic Tasks & Responsibilities

• Engage smoothly with prospective clients over digital platforms, phone channels, and in-person consultations.
• Evaluate individual client aspirations to deliver flawless and up-to-date international education guidelines.
• Systematically update and maintain client profiles while maintaining a rigorous follow-up routine.
• Assist students thoroughly throughout the documentation compilation and university application submission phase.
• Clarify operational service parameters, legal conditions, and core processing prerequisites to prospective candidates.
• Coordinate across operational and marketing channels to guarantee a friction-free service cycle.
• Demonstrate leadership characteristics, teamwork values, and a positive customer-focused work approach.
• Participate in official training modules, general corporate strategy sessions, and promotional campaigns.
