• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, prescriptions, and detailed discharge summaries.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies and execute immediate medical interventions as required.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, nursing teams, and healthcare professionals to optimize care quality.
• Uphold hospital protocols, corporate ethical standards, and operational clinical policies.
• Participate in clinical meetings, institutional quality improvement frameworks, and regular training programs.
