Deepto TV is looking for dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented professionals to join its digital content division as an **Officer or Senior Officer (Digital Media)**. This role is highly strategic, focusing on adapting broadcasting assets for social media audiences, designing data-optimized stories, and managing content workflows for viral digital platforms (including Deepto Play and online channels).

 Educational Prerequisite

• Degree Framework: Must hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Preferred Disciplines: Direct specialization in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, English, or any closely related fields.

 Experience Background & Technical Skills

• Track Record: 1 to 2 years of active industry exposure in digital content creation, online news journalism, or social media community management.
• Fresh Graduates: Bright fresh graduates with remarkable portfolios and writing flairs are also explicitly encouraged to apply.
• Industry Preference: Candidates possessive of hands-on experience in media broadcasting networks or marketing/advertising agencies will gain standard priority.
• Language Command: Exceptional editorial writing capacity and communication fluency in both Bangla and English.
• Software Familiarity: Functional understanding of essential video editing software, basic graphic design tools, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Digital Fluency: Native familiarity with current viral social media trends, SEO basics, and online content optimization rules.

 Key Operational Duties

• Brainstorm, draft, edit, and publish high-engagement multi-media content tailored specifically for web ecosystems.
• Convert mainstream television broadcast logs and news content into digital-friendly formats.
• Formulate highly compelling click-worthy headlines, engaging captions, and concise short news summaries.
• Track and monitor real-time breaking news feeds and virtual trends to prompt timely releases.
• Guarantee that all digital outputs strictly adhere to institutional editorial guidelines and compliance guidelines.
