 Operational Role Summary

Team PriyoShop is currently onboarding a highly capable and organized leader for the position of Hub in Charge within its Operations & Distribution division. In this capacity, you will hold complete operational accountability for our hub facility, steering everyday workflows, supervising supply line management, maintaining transit efficiency, and safeguarding financial and physical inventory.

 Workplace & Department Frame

• Department Focus: Operations & Distribution block.
• Employment Pattern: Full-time structural job contract.
• Workplace Setting: Onsite operations (Work from Office).

 Candidate Requirements & Eligibility

• Academic Degree: Bachelor's degree from an approved university (or equivalent relevant professional experience).
• Experience Profile: At least 1 year of practical background in warehouse supervision, supply logistics, or similar hub management roles.
• Leadership Capabilities: Powerful managerial traits with a proven ability to direct, guide, and keep supply teams focused.
• Software Skills: Practical literacy in operating Microsoft Office tools and standard inventory tracking systems.

 Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor everyday facility protocols within the hub to maintain supreme efficiency.
• Liaise smoothly with manufacturers, global suppliers, and commercial internal sectors to guarantee timely dispatches and material collection.
• Train, monitor, and lead local facility staff, including delivery drivers, inventory teams, and desk handlers.
• Evaluate stock records continuously to assure complete availability against open consumer orders.
• Oversee comprehensive logistics channels, balancing route map structuring, transport fuel consumption, and vehicle safety maintenance.
• Supervise cash transactions on-site, balancing ledger sheets and tracking daily financial statements safely.
• Introduce preventive structures to reduce cargo damage, internal losses, and material theft.
• Enforce workplace protocols that adhere directly to state health, safety, and operational site security guidelines.
• Review market credit figures and establish robust parameters to recover overdue payments.
• Partner with commercial marketing and sales wings to locate modern product trends and market growth avenues.
• Draft routine performance reports mapping facility KPIs, balance evaluations, and standard financial metrics for senior directors.
• Address unexpected issues or conflicts raised by suppliers, customers, or cross-functional departments smoothly.

 Salary Structure & Corporate Benefits

Remuneration Range	Corporate Bonuses
• Monthly Base Pay: 18,000 to 20,000 BDT.	• 2 Annual Festival Bonuses. • Regular yearly salary reviews and appraisals.
