• Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Major Disciplines: Finance, Accounting, Management, or Marketing.
• Age Bracket: 23 to 30 years old.
• Gender Status: Only male candidates are permitted to apply.

 Strategic Duties & Job Context

• Execute share trading operations efficiently for clients.
• Acquire new corporate and individual clients from the open market.
• Generate and actively achieve specified brokerage volume targets.
• Handle customer trades diligently via telephone channels or walk-in client interactions.
• Maintain and develop solid professional relationships with existing customers in person.
• Perform marketing tasks and establish smooth corporate communication with clients.
• Offer high-quality service and exhibit an exceptional ability to promote company success through a professional appearance, courtesy, and a positive corporate attitude.
• Carry out any other strategic responsibilities assigned by the operational management.
