 Work Logistics & Environment

• Office Location: Begum Rokeya Ave, Mirpur 10, Dhaka.
• Employment Structure: Full-time desk job (On-site corporate environment).
• Shift Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift).
• Weekly Rest Days: Monday to Friday operational | 2 Weekly holidays (Saturday & Sunday).

 Selection Criteria & Requirements

We value strong communication skills, patience, and absolute dedication much more than mere academic degrees.

• Language Standard: Complete fluency and clarity in the English language is a strict mandatory requirement.
• Experience Matrix: Applicants with 6 months of international call center experience are highly preferred. However, fresh graduates are warmly welcome to apply.
• Personal Trait: Highly energetic, confident, possessing a positive corporate attitude, and a problem-solving mindset.

 Core Job Responsibilities

• Manage both inbound and outbound customer voice interactions professionally.
• Adhere closely to specified organizational communication scripts and performance guidelines.
• Identify individual customer concerns efficiently and deliver accurate, reliable solutions.
• Establish and nurture long-term sustainable relationships with international clients.
• Utilize CRM software systems effectively while managing multiple data entry streams simultaneously.
• Meet individual performance targets and maintain service quality metrics consistently.
