Strategic Role Overview
The primary focus of the Executive/Senior Executive - Sales role is to drive rapid business growth for the courier company. The selected professionals will be responsible for expanding the merchant network, onboarding new accounts, and cultivating sustainable long-term partnerships with existing B2B clients.

- Assigned Target Block: 10 Open Openings across Executive & Senior Tiers.
Eligibility Criteria & Core Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent relevant field.
- Experience Track: 2 to 4 years of proven background in sales management, corporate business development, or key account retention.
- Core Skills: Superb interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal/written communication capabilities.
- Software Literacy: Practical proficiency in operating modern CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suites.
- Work Ethics: High capacity to function independently as well as collaboratively inside a fast-moving, target-driven environment.
Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective clients and secure new merchants by building professional networks.
- Conduct consistent market research to evaluate customer needs and map logistical requirements.
- Draft, customize, and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective business accounts.
- Negotiate contractual clauses and service terms with clients to optimize mutual corporate satisfaction.
- Develop actionable pipeline strategies to meet or surpass weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
- Monitor and audit account metrics over time to assure service quality and maintain brand satisfaction.
- Resolve critical merchant inquiries and issues promptly to secure long-term client retention.
- Liaise internally with operational teams to guarantee frictionless merchant onboarding and delivery setup.
- Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts, performance analysis graphs, and trend reports to top management.
